What opened in 2026
In summer 2026 Sea Breeze announced new NOMA locations: in the Lighthouse 2 residential complex and on White Beach. At the same time the Shimmer restaurant and the Sunset Bar opened at White Beach, and the Sea Breeze Store opened in Lighthouse 2.
There are no exact addresses within the zones in open sources. If you cannot find the coffee shop, call — they will tell you.
